The central location of the weekend venues in downtown Lahti allows for smooth movement between events and easy arrival by train. The distance from Lahti railway station to the conference hotel is approximately 950 meters.
Parking is also convenient: those arriving by car will easily find paid parking spaces in the city center, either in the underground parking area beneath the market square or along nearby streets. Hotels also offer parking for guests for an additional fee.

HQ-HOTEL: SOLO SOKOS HOTEL LAHDEN SEURAHUONE
Aleksanterinkatu 15, 15100 Lahti
The oldest operating hotel in Lahti, combining tradition with modern comfort. Its location is excellent: the hotel is situated in the heart of Lahti on Aleksanterinkatu, within walking distance of the railway station and all conference venues.
Solo Sokos Hotel Lahden Seurahuone has received several awards for its high-quality service, rooms, and facilities. The hotel features a private sauna, a fitness room, and multiple restaurants. Paid parking is available for guests.
The hotel has 183 rooms, and the entire hotel has been preliminarily reserved for conference participants.
Reservations are made directly with the hotel by phone or email using the booking code “BJCI27.”
Rooms from the reserved quota will be gradually released to general sale as follows:
- February 11, 2027 — 50% of unreserved rooms released
- February 25, 2027 — 25% of unreserved rooms released
- April 1, 2027 — remaining unreserved rooms released

GREENSTAR HOTEL LAHTI
Vesijärvenkatu 1, 15100 Lahti
The hotel belongs to the Finnish GreenStar Hotels chain, certified with the Nordic Swan Ecolabel and recognized as Finland’s first carbon-neutral hotel chain.
In recent years, the Lahti hotel has received new energy-efficient windows and fully renovated bathrooms. Water-saving showers and a breakfast concept designed to reduce waste provide a comfortable option for environmentally conscious guests.
In winter 2025, the hotel’s breakfast restaurant and meeting facilities were renovated with a fresh design using recycled furniture. Paid parking is available for guests.
The hotel is located right next to Lahti railway station, and the walking distance to the city center and conference venues is short.
70 rooms have been reserved for conference participants. The hotel has a total of 138 rooms.

Please make your reservation by February 28, 2027, after which the reserved room quota will be released for general sale.
