Veera Vaarnamo specializes in human-centered leadership, where leadership supports a sense of belonging that enables people to flourish and creates a foundation for innovation. As a passionate researcher, she is pursuing a doctoral degree at Aalto University, studying the role and impact of love in innovation leadership.
Her research explores how love can influence leadership and foster innovation within organizations.
Anni Siltanen is responsible for public affairs at the Finnish Chemical Industry Federation, which represents around 350 companies operating in the chemical industry in Finland. Around half of Anni’s working time is spent in her former home city of Brussels, where she works not only for her Finnish employer but also for its European umbrella organisation.
Anni has extensive board experience in international education organisations, a technology start-up, and the Finnish Museum of Technology, among others. Her academic background is in the humanities, education, and political science.
In her free time, she enjoys reading, politics, and running.
